Get in touch online or by phone to secure your consultation. The $199 fee is paid at the time of booking and includes a $150 store voucher you can use towards tiles, tapware or accessories. We will schedule your in-home visit within one week of your booking.

One of our bathroom specialists will come to your home for a 90-minute consultation. We will assess your space, discuss your goals, talk through layout options, and guide you on product selections that suit your style and budget.

Receive your project plan

Within 48 to 72 hours of your consultation, you will receive a complete project plan including a scaled floor plan, a 3D render of your proposed space, an itemised product list, and a detailed written quote. Everything you need to move forward with confidence.

Why do you charge for a consultation when other companies offer them free?
Our consultation is a standalone professional service, not a sales pitch. You receive a scaled floor plan, a 3D render, an itemised product list, and a detailed written quote. These deliverables are yours to keep and take to any builder. The $199 fee also includes a $150 store voucher, bringing your out-of-pocket cost to $49.
What areas do you service?
We are based in Rockingham and service the wider Perth region. The $199 consultation fee applies within a 20km radius of our showroom. Beyond that, a travel surcharge of $2 per kilometre applies.
How long does the consultation take?
The in-home consultation runs for approximately 90 minutes. This gives us enough time to assess your space, discuss your goals, and provide detailed guidance on layout, products and budget.
How quickly will I receive my project plan?
You will receive your complete project plan within 48 to 72 hours of the consultation. This includes your scaled floor plan, 3D render, product list, and written quote.
Am I locked into renovating with The Project People after the consultation?
No. The consultation is completely independent. You are free to use your project plan with any builder or renovation company. There is no obligation to proceed with us.
Can I use the $150 voucher on anything in the showroom?
The voucher can be used towards any tiles, tapware, or accessories available in our Rockingham showroom. It is valid for 12 months from the date of your consultation.
What should I prepare before the consultation?
You do not need to have anything prepared, but it helps if you have thought about your budget range, any design ideas or inspiration images, and what you want to achieve with the renovation. Our specialist will guide you through the rest.
What if I need to reschedule?
We understand plans change. Let us know as soon as possible and we will be happy to reschedule your design consultation.
Can I book a consultation for more than one bathroom?
Yes. If you are planning to renovate multiple bathrooms, we can assess all spaces during the same visit. Additional rooms may extend the consultation time, so let us know when you book and we will plan accordingly.
What happens after I receive my project plan?
That is entirely up to you. You can proceed with a renovation through us, take the plan to another builder, or complete the renovation yourself.
